I ordered a $70 bouquet to be delivered to my sister-in-law in Prairie du Chien Hospital. The arrangement was supposed to have Lilys. I was horrified when she sent me a picture of it and it was full of cheap carnations. The customer service that I was referred to by blooming basket didn't do a damn thing to help me. Don't use this service. Don't patronize this organization.nYou will be horrified and embarrassed by the product that they send out for a very high price.nIn addition, the customer service person I dealt with was argumentative l, a liar and rude. In this day and age, no one should have to tolerate poor customer service. We all have lots of choices. Use anyone except this company.
