Covid has made everything pure crazy. These people care like no others despite having to work in the parking lot and using the phone to relay information. Exercising your patience is definitely worth it for this great place!
I think all vet clinics do AMAZING services to our beloved pets. Thank you so much for all of your hard work to keep our pets safe and healthy! :) :) :) With that being said, I find it interesting that animals seem to live longer lives with the absence of pet visits. Unless it's an emergency procedure, animals that make more trips to the vet are more susceptible to dying than those that are either wild or live in homes where their visits are significantly less frequent than say you would...pets that go in three times a year for shots. I have only great things to say about these guys. I had a very overprotective 9 year old cat mom who was extremely worried about her little Princess having surgery. The excellent staff provided my daughter and I great reassurance and comfort knowing she would be in great hands. I was so impressed with the care they showed my little girl and her kitten, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely wonderful vet and staff, except the front office staff. Phone calls go unanswered and no call backs are frequent. She is very rude and acts as though she is doing you a favor by being there. Please do something about her before more customers go elsewhere.
