Always happy with the Flower Company! Very friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. Best business in down town Portage. Love to drive buy the shop and see what they have out on the side walk.
I live in Georgia and found this flower shop online. It was listed as near Pardeeville, WI. so I called and spoke to Jan about delivering an arrangement to a friend that lost her 17 year old dog. The conversation was extremely pleasant and she was very helpful and sincerely sympathetic over my friends loss. My friend received the delivery on time and she sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was blown away by how beautiful, fresh and professional it looked. I don't know if I'll be ordering again any time soon, but if I do it will be from this establishment, no doubt!
I sent flowers to my cousin grieving a loss. Folks at the shop contacted me wanting to charge more for delivery than the online order, I gave them my card, assuring me the previous order was canceled. later that week I got a fraud ping from my bank that they put through two payments. When I contacted them about it, nothing was done. I gave 2 stars because I'm assuming they did deliver the flowers, other than that, their customer service is a mess.
The ladies there were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely tell anyone to stop in if they want nice people to work with. Thank you ladies.☺
Would never go anywhere else!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the flowers are beyond beautiful.. have been able to do same day delivery without a problem.. I tell everyone to order flowers from flower company..
