I recently ordered flowers from 1800 flowers to send to my mom in Deforest, WI (I'm in Indiana) for Valentine's Day. Well my mom was no where to be found Friday due to work and Saturday due to her social activities. The delivery person refused to just leave the flowers at the door due to the freezing temperatures because they cared about the quality of the flowers and making sure it is in good condition when received. After a few more times of trying and also calling my mom, I finally gave her the suggestion of delivering to my mom's work which is much easier because she's there all day. Nancy (or whoever was in charge) made sure the flowers stayed fresh and delivered them after days of trying.nnI'm grateful for the dedication and quality. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL.nThank you!

My boyfriend ordered flowers and a surprise for our anniversary to be delivered at my house. He is currently deployed and he wanted me to feel special. It’s been almost two weeks and the flowers look like they were just given to me. On top of it I wasn’t home and the man who delivered them went out of his way to take them to my neighbor so I could have them when I got home later that night. Great costumer service and beautiful flowers. Thank you so much

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother spent over $60 to send my grandmother a bouquet for mother's days. You would think that if you spent over $60 on a floral arrangement that you would be getting what you paid for. Sadly, that was not the case and what arrived on my grandmother's door step was nothing short of a disappointment. As you can see in the pictures the bouquet that my mother ordered does not match what was delivered. When you order an arrangement with lilies you expect it to have lilies. As you can see in the picture not only does it not have lilies but none of the other flowers in the picture match what was advertised. Not only did it not have ANY of the flowers advertised but it was HIDEOUS. I would 100% not recommend buying from this shop in the future as they failed to deliver what was purchased.

Very Dissatisfied !!!!! Payed a pretty penny for a bunch of flowers thrown together.They got here with alot of leaves broken and wilted flowers!! I called and THE GUY ANSWERED MY MSGS VERY RUDELY!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK
