Very warm people when it comes to losing a part of your family my dog Sophie just passed from cancer and the people her were so amazing threw such a heartbreaking time they even called a few days after just to see if our family was okay... it's safe to say they now have a permanent client I will always take my family here where I know first hand how much these people care ❤
Such wonderful people, we had to have our very old dog put down today, they were so compassionate.
Very nice staff and good care, but seem to overcharge for some things. Emergency care in Lodi was about twice the cost compared to comparable services at VCA in Madison.nIn Portage, I was also charged $70 for 15 minutes of a doctor's time (just the exam).
We love Lodi Vet! They take the time that you need with you and your pets. High quality care and very friendly staff!!
The staff is always so friendly and Maximus likes the attention. The pricing is a bit higher, but the animal care is worth it.
