My dog is always excited to go here, and the staff is always very friendly and nice to him. This time they made me wait outside for half an hour because they needed to come to my car to breathe on me instead of doing it in the store like a normal business. Then, I wanted to pick the dog up a day early. They didn't answer the phone to take my pick up appointment or return my messages all day. When they finally answered, it was just in time to tell me they were leaving and it was too late to get him. There better have been someone there to take him out between 5pm and 10am the next day. I'm very disappointed in their poor service, especially because they've been so great in the past. Way to overcomplicate the situation.
