Very professional staff.
I have been coming here for quite a few years and really like Dr. Cromer. She is very compassionate towards the animals and it's obvious that she genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend Valley West Animal hospital.
Dr Cromer is the best. I’ve been bringing my cats here for more years than I can remember. She’s everything you want in a vet!
Dr Cromer and her staff are always so wonderful and attentive. My furry kids have been patients of Dr Cromer's for many years and I have found that they are all very caring animal lovers with a comforting demeanor with all types of animals. My dogs are always calm in their care, maybe in part because there is no turnover of staff - everyone is like family to us. She has had the same people working with her for as long as I have been taking my fur babies here. I travel 30 minutes each way because I love this veterinary office - I very highly recommend Valley West Animal Hospital!
