Brought my cats here for a possible worm issue. They gave me some stuff to rub on their back. Nobody ever told me what they thought the issue was. Before i knew it, they told me i could go. I asked the nurse what was going on with the cat's, and still no answers. Also , i wanted to know the price of the rabies shot, which they said they were going to get for me. I got that at the checkout. I wanted to know up front because i didn't have a lot of money to spend. I read online, and self diagnosed the problem myself as roundworms.
Very fast and friendly service. The whole staff is so nice and made me and my dog feel so welcome. Thet were able to get me in for an appointment the very day while other vet offices had weeks of waiting. I was also able to bring my dog inside myself (as long as I was wearing my mask) so she was more comfortable. Other vets will make you wait in your car until they are done with your pet. Very happy with my visit!!
I love everything about this place. The staff are the best, and the vets are top notch. They treat your pets as if they were their own.
Not satisficed with the service at all. Staff are not even doing the work correctly. Say they're going to do one things and I had to pay for more than one. I had to pay extra for things they didn't even do. Cost extra $45 for an exam I didn't ask for. Be aware if you're seeing this hospital for your pet.
Spectacular service! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They offer different payment options that are flexible, and discounts if you pay in full. We have cats and dogs and have had many different levels of treatment over the years, we are very satisfied with the service that we've received.
