Great first time experience! My cat needed an uncommon surgery for cats, and I called around to many different places. Most places didn't even do it, and of the places that did, the prices were ridiculous. I reached out online to Riverside, and received a response right away. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and they didn't make me feel stupid. And their price was reasonable! In fact they quoted for a dog but let me know it would most likely be less due to the difference in size and weight.nnI was very appreciative of their health and safety precautions onsite-for me and for my cat. The staff is friendly and informative. Communication was great throughout the whole process! The doctor called after the procedure with all the details, and I picked up my cat later with no problems. They called after a few days to check in, and even had advice to help with giving the antibiotics.nnOverall I am so happy we went with Riverside! My cat is recovering well, we had a great experience with the whole staff, and I would highly recommend them!

All the vets are incredibly friendly and informative. I never feel rushed when asking questions. Great customer service! Would highly recommend for dog or cat owners! Dr. Ruffing is especially kind, as well as Dr. Knorr, both are fantastic with pets and very patient and knowledgeable.

As a first time dog owner, I had no idea what to expect when the time inevitably came to get my baby girl her shots, checkups and eventually getting her spayed. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the efficiency and level of service the team provided during this unique era of Covid. Overall, I feel comfortable knowing that our girl is being taken care of by exceptional professionals.
