What a beautiful arrangement! I only gave you a basic color preference and what you produced was magnificent! It's very hard to be humble when the recipient says "They are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received." Thank YOU for making me feel spectacular too.

The floral decor of the flowers was amazing. I got the vision of love for my wife birthday today and she loved it. Definitely will be using them in the future.

Bullhead City florist will actually deliver the order as placed. So, they are dependable in that way. But, if you are someone who likes to place an order online and be done with it, as I am, then this business is not for you. I only gave them three stars because I have never placed an order with them in which I did not receive one or even two calls after placing the order, or emails, for things they should be able to troubleshoot on their own. Now, I even expect the phone call or email after placing an order, since I have been placing orders with them for the last few years. It is just an inconvenience, one which has delayed my order before, as the problems have been very insignificant. Most of them they could have answered by just reviewing the information on the online form. At other times, it is the form itself does not allow for the correct information so they have to call you you.now, I even expect the phone call or email after placing an order, since I have been placing orders with them for the last few years. I am very pleased with my experience with this florist. I have ordered flowers for my mom here many times and have been happy. I just ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day, but there was an issue with the order and she did not get the flowers that I had wanted her to get. After sending an email about the discrepancy in the service, I promptly received a phone call from the owner and she was very apologetic and sincere in her attempt to fix the mistake. She offered to send my mother a fresh bouquet as soon as she can. I really appreciate when businesses have customer care and service like this and are willing to listen to customer feedback. I will definitely continue my service with Bullhead City Florist. :)

Beware I had ordered an arrangement of cactus pot of a good size for my 82 year old mom for Mothers Day and her birthday this May, I just visited her sence the Covid and was quite surprised on the size that was brought to her. I went to the shop to show them that they made a mistake, and the nice manager of 35 years said and showed me they will make it right and we don't give monies back.and send out a new one, well to my mom's surprised she couldn't believe how much smaller it was even to the first one so she said to the delivery guy please take it back. So she called them, and the younger lady not the manager said to her you will take what we give you and was very rude
