We trust Lakeview with our dog’s health. The staff are kind and courteous and they are very prompt. Currently they are only offering drop off services to prevent the spread of COVID. We miss being able to go in with the dogs but appreciate their caution as well as the time they spend with us after their exams outside.

I am forever thankful to Dr. Colleen and Natalie for saving our Maya’s life. We were traveling several hours from home when our dog started experiencing symptoms of what we suspected was twisted stomach, a medical emergency, and after frantically calling around to find the nearest vet, Natalie answered the phone at Lakeview Vet and recognizing the urgency of the situation, told us to head straight there and they would wait for us. After confirming the diagnosis, Maya went straight into surgery, and thankfully had a successful outcome. Dr. Colleen and Natalie were wonderful and compassionate and gave Maya excellent care. We are forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but gratitude and respect for Dr. Walmsley, Natalie and their team. So grateful they were available to support me and my dog through end of life care. They were extremely knowledgable about my dog's many complex medical conditions and compassionately guided me through tough decisions. I highly recommend.

Visiting Ashland from Kansas. Our pet was bitten by an insect/bug. Left a nasty mark that concerned my wife and I a great deal. Did a google search on “emergency” vet clinics. Lakeview was the company that had PAID for the search term we used. Called Lakeview, told the person who answered the phone about our “emergency”. Our pet is only 6lbs and any event that happens has to be treated with more urgency because of the small size. The person who answered the phone then told us it was surgery day and that they would have no time to attend to our situation that day. Really? Then they shouldn’t advertise “emergency” service. The vet that saw us took a total of 15 minutes to address and fix the issue. Sadly it wasn’t Lakeview. I even asked the clerk if they could recommend another vet, she promptly told me that the other vet clinics were busy too. Appears that management needs to address a training issue.
