Little Flower Shoppe

Randy called me after I sent an email about putting together a bouquet for my mother and was incredibly rude, told me repeatedly he didn't have much and wasn't really open (which is says they are online), wouldn't describe to me what he could make, told me he refused to deliver that it wasn't worth him getting stuck. I offered to come pick them up and he repeated again that he didn't have much and wasn't really open but i could trust him to make something beautiful. Then when I asked if he wanted the business because he again for the 5th time he told me he didn't have much and wasn't open, he got hysterical, yelled into the phone and hung up on me. Yikes. Would not support this place or this person. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

It is hard to put your trust in a florist to honor the memory of a family member when you have never seen their arrangements and are half a day drive away. Little Flower Shop far exceeded our expectations! Their arrangement was absolutely beautiful and superior to other arrangements that we're about half again the price. I can't thank you enough! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

Great service! Called for a birthday bouquet and the recipient received it in less than 2 hrs from when I called. The flowers were gorgeous! I don't live in Vermont and it was nice to find a trustworthy florist.

I have ordered via phone and in person (Delivery and pick up) and can say this is bar none the best Shoppe in the North East! They met and exceeded my expectations in every way every time. The care and quality is fantastic. You will not be disappointed.
