If it wasn't for Claire her husband Reza and staff I could have lost my chocolate lab Vinny. They were caring and compassionate when treating him also concerned about how I was doing and called to keep me informed about his care. They offered emotional support and if I needed anything all I had to do was call. As soon as you walk in it is the most inviting warm and friendly feeling from everyone. You can not only see but feel the love and compassion for all of our pet's. I could never repay them for the care given to Vinny at that time and of course my lab Tony when he needs a visit. I love all of them, and I am blessed to have Charlestown Animal Hospital take care of Vinny & Tony. I would highly recommend them to care for your special pet.nnSincerelynVeronica Almeida xxxooo

Claire and all the staff are caring, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to know the animals thus providing them with the best of care that is appropriate for the situation. No needless medication or stressful procedures; just sound, practical and compassionate medical care. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
