Please refer to screenshots of our emails below.nnI started talking to Andrea about flowers for my wedding in August. I told her (clearly stated in these screenshots) what I was looking for. I wanted purple and white flowers. She told me she could help which was great!nnWe had our order placed and my husband went to get our flowers the day before our wedding during rehearsal. My husband is color blind.. so when he came back from the flowers I looked at them. They were PINK!!nnThe petals were all the same... They were a pinkish red color with a little bit of white on them. There was like 5 purple petals that were the size of a quarter and no plain white petals at all. I had my wedding coordinator that works at our venue call and talk to Andrea. She told our coordinator that I was never specific about what I wanted and that was the darkest purple she could give us.nnMy mother in law went to the shop later that day to try and bring the petals back and get a refund. Andrea was very rude to my mother-in-law. She told her she would only be willing to give us a partial refund and again tried to blame the situation on me. My mother in law left the petals there and at this point were willing to just take the partial refund.nnAndrea called my phone around 4:30pm the same day. She spoke to my husband and told him she had to recover from losing the business/money from us and if she gave us a full refund, which was $140, she would have lost too much.nnI felt this was completely unreasonable, and unprofessional considering it was her mistake. Although in the end, Andrea DID end up refunding the whole $140 we paid for the flowers which was great... it was the way the situation was handled. I don't believe that she would have refunded the money to us if I didn't tell her I was going to leave her a review. And when she did email me back about the refund, she was STILL rude to me. I will never do business here again and neither will my wedding party or friends.

The flowers were beautiful! Everyone who saw them was impressed, and the recipient was so happy. Andrea always creates a piece of art with flowers. The pics show the arrangement is beautiful from any angle!

Beautiful store. Owner quickly put together a gorgeous bouquet that I wanted as a gift. Will definitely go back!

Andrea creates and builds the most beautifully unique arrangements. She's also the sweetest woman in the world. This is an entirely un-biased opinion of her.
