We are new to Bullhead City with our 2 Dogs. One has Diabetes and is on Special food. And they were wonderful helping us make sure he has everything he needs.

Our fur baby started having seizures out of the blue the friday before the labor day weekend and her regular vet could not see her until the following Wednesday. Spirit Mt. got us in right away and were super friendly and thorough trying to give us an answer as to why this was happening. They even helped us get set up with care credit. We had a prescription and results of the labs the same day and they checked in on our baby a few days after the visit even though she is not a regular patient there. Both of our fur babies are older and it is important to me for them to be able to see their doctor when unplanned illnesses come up which is why we will be switching to Spirit Mt. I cannot begin to express how much the care and compassion the whole staff gave and showed to us during our time of crisis ment to us. Thank you all.
Office staff is always AMAZING. The vet herself is a bit quirky but so good with the animals and she calls to follow up HERSELF days after the appointment. I wont go to another vet.
Loved this animal hospital from the front desk staff to the vet asst. Since this was our first visit, I was a little apprehensive about the care my dog would receive but was very happy!
I'm probably one that is very hard on businesses when it comes to rating their performance. But I can tell you that these people at Spirit Mountain animal hospital have got to be one of the absolute best in my opinion. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Dr Greene explained everything to us and did an amazing job of saving our cats life. Our cat got out of the house at about 1 am and we didn't find her until 4 pm the following afternoon, by that time she had a heat stroke and was almost to the point of dying. We took her in and Dr Greene brought our sweet little cat back to us and she followed upon her progress and took excellent care of her. I just wanted to say thank you very much Spirit Mountain and especially Dr Greene for all you did. Ya'll are awesome.
