I love this place and have taken pets there for 10 years...Dr Sorton is the best and my furkids have always trusted her...
I have used this clinic for over 13 yrs, I hadn't been in just over a yr I called for my dog to get rabies shot and have a rash checked out as well as get second shots for my 9 wk old puppy. I was rudely informed that I was not considered an active patient and they wouldn't help me. The receptionist was extremely rude .
Outstanding service, with expert, compassionate care.
My dog had not been seen in a couple of years and when I called to have him examined after vomiting and pooping blood they informed me that he was not an established patient, that they would not see him. The receptionist was short, not empathetic in the least, I asked her what she suggested. I think it’s unethical that when a dog is in distress they would refer me to a clinic in South Deerfield MA where I waited five hours and was never seen. Sorely disappointed.
The staff and the Doctor were super friendly and were able to quickly determine my kitty's health problem. The Doctor took the time to explain treatment options and was happy to answer all my questions.
