Brought my dog there, they were very efficient & very good with my bubbly girl. Came out with an answer to all my questions& scheduled a follow up to make sure she's getting better!
Just called to find a new vet for our family pet due to her underlying health conditions. She is a 13 yo shiba and we just located from Florida. Receptionist answered and no questions regarding my pet just they are not taking new pet patience. But I could try back in a month. Wow! No concern for actual animals just their need for cash flow. Hopefully they will need more patience in the future and no one will be available for them.
Absolutely amazing! Roy and staff are wonderful, amazing and great with my animals! Love them all!
The Valley animal hospital is the better visit and experience compared to the mad river clinic. I would strongly recommend Roy and the valley animal hospital to anywhere else. The man is smart and truly cares.
I've been a client for about 30 years, driving an hour each way. Dr. Hadden and his staff are awesome and I won't go anywhere else.
