Every member of the staff at Onion River is excellent. The vets are knowledgeable and kind. They recognized and diagnosed a rare disease in my dog, and we go in for treatment every month. The vet techs are all wonderful. They go above and beyond to try to make the experience as fear free as possible. The facility is modern and very clean. The Pet Desk app makes it easy to contact them for appointments and refills. Their costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend this vet practice.
They're the absolute best... It's wonderful to know that they take care of your pet like you would. I would highly recommend them to anyone that loves their pet!
Neat and clean. Doesn't smell like a medical practice. All the staff that I have met have been friendly and knowledgable. Very appreciative of the fact they do not mind getting down on the floor with my pet, even when he hides under the chair.
Went to our first visit today with Oliver. They were extremely helpful from the minute I called to make the appointment. Little Oly got his shots and check up done by amazing staff. They answered all my questions and were great with my kitten! He got plenty of treats after his shots and a lot of attention. They were a pleasure to bring Oliver to, and he can’t wait to go back in a month!
I will not bring my animals anywhere else. They were able to fit me in the day I called because I was worried about my dog. They answered every question I had. And made me feel a lot better. They worked with me and found everything way to help save me money. I can't thank them enough they are beyond wonderful!
