The big difference here is the honesty. I paid a THIRD of what it would have cost... elsewhere... to have my cats bad teeth removed. They've always been honest and up front regarding my cat and dog. They care. So long as I live here, I'll never go elsewhere. My pets are in good hands.

If you currently have your pets seen by the Center Rutland Animal Hospital, I highly recommend you find a different veterinarian. Find someone who can actually diagnose and treat your animals accordingly.nHis negligence should never have to cost another animals life.nnHe was too upset to be bothered during the off hours of which he was on call to actually attend to a very sick dog. Her life was the price he payed to sleep in peace.nnAfter multiple vet visits he was unable to find the simple answer as to what was wrong with her.nnPlease take your animals somewhere they can truly be cared for.

We have been bringing our dog to Dr.Ray every since he was a puppy. He’s great! We’ve never had any issues. Today I called with concerns about my dog. The receptionist was very rude and condescending. Which hurt quiet a bit as I was very worried about my dog. When I arrived, I was referred to as “that woman” who called about their dog earlier. She made me feel very unwelcome as the rude and condescending attitude continued. Before leaving I had to get medication for my dog and I was helped by the other woman who works at the desk who was very kind. When I asked about the medication I saw out of the corner of my eye the woman I spoke with on the phone mocking me to herself. I only saw this because she wasn’t wearing a mask.nVery disappointed as we do like Dr. Ray and trust him with our dog.nWe’re sad to say that we will be switching to a new vet because no owner should feel ashamed when they call needed help with their pet. We should feel confident in the place we are bringing them to.

I was reading some of these reviews and I’m really not the type to write something or good at it. What can I say about this Vet. They saved my dogs life. When other vets were looking at the income, instead of treating the patient and the family too. They took time out to explain what’s going on and gave us options. Our dog was very close to dying. As you know animals are very important in everybody’s life. They become a family member. Your willing to do whatever it takes to help or save them. I will say all the staff members go beyond the call of duty. It appears, we don’t recognize or appreciate what they do or put up with on regular basis. We always think of ourselves instead of others. We are so grateful, we found this vet and everybody that works there. If we didn’t, our dog would not be here today. So thank you so much for everything that you do for us and all your other animals that you save or help!!!
