I can't say enough positive things about Tannenberger. I have seen all three veterinarians in the last couple years and each one is genuine, professional and knowledgeable. My most recent experience has been with Dr. Jeanne and she's gone above and beyond to help me figure out what's happening with my dog. It's obvious that the entire staff cares about our pets. I've had no issues with scheduling, I feel the rates are great for the care that I receive and the facility is clean and comfortable.

I was told to put my dog down by another vet because she was dying from protein losing enteropathy. As a last ditch effort to save her, I brought her here to see if there was some type of herb or something that could maybe help her. All of her records had been forwarded from the previous vet, which is also an excellent vet! Anyway, they suggested a Hill's prescription diet z/d dog food and here we are two weeks later and my dog is actually doing better! ! They did not overcharge, they didn't do more tests, they simple examines her and offered a suggestion. I bought a case of the food and went home. This was on a Friday. They called me Monday morning to see how Brooklyn was doing. Super caring, knowledgeable, pleasant and caring! The very called me at home even to discuss what to do next and where to have her followed. They wanted to follow but also suggested she continue seeing the other vet as well because they have the ability to do more in depth testing on site. This vet saved my dogs life! !

Called and called but no responce! NOT HAPPY! Now why I was calling again is that they have not transferred any records over to another vet clinic! We called about a month ago and apparently they refused to do the transferreds to this other vets, and now it's time to take our cats into them! Ya don't blame it on covid! The reasons why we transferred to somewhere else, is because they were not at all willing to work with us to get our 2 cats in for their shots! We need to be with them, because this bunch can't handle our 2 kittys without torturing them both! Very upset about this bunch!! I do NOT recommend this bunch at all! Stay away from Tannebergers!!!! Don't bother to respond to me tannebergers I only will get more upset! Take this TRUTH and make your shop better!
