Our 10 week old puppy started getting very sick and our regular vet directed us to BEVS to get the extra care they thought he required. This was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and so not an easy time already let alone add a sick puppy to it. Our puppy was admitted for a several night stay due to Parvovirus. He was in isolation in the ICU. We couldn’t visit due to COVID and his contagious Parvovirus so I really appreciated the extra time they spent with me on the phone. BEVS answered all my calls (I probably called to much but was so worried about my puppy!) and every time gave me an update even if it was just that he hadn’t had any diarrhea. They had such patience with me answering all my questions. They took such good care of my puppy. The days after our return home they continued to provide support with our transition. I also provide patient care for a living and everyone kept sharing with me their positive experiences with BEVS, but I didn’t take it truly to heart until our own experience. We could not have gotten through this without BEVS! I cannot thank that team enough!!!!

Had to bring my dog there yesterday she had gotten a stick impelled into the back of her mouth. Bevs was great kept me informed of what was happening with her as I could not go in due to Covid19. The wait was long but I feel that she got amazing care during a very stressful, scary time. Thank you
Great service! They took great care of my cat when she got very sick on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and super transparent about care and pricing.
I have an American bully puppy that had an ear crop done. He had an accident after jumping down a flight of stairs which resulted in damaging one of his ears. Thankfully nothing else happened. One of his ears started bleeding really bad I rushed him to the emergency vet. Which had 3-4 different people all ask me the same questions via all separate phone calls. They finally took him in had him for over an hour. Pulled the existing stitches so tight caused further damage. And charged me over $150 for an absolute headache of a time. my dog was worse than when I brought him in. And to top it all off a bunch of bevs employees attacked me via Instagram about his ear crop. I will hopefully never have to bring any of my dogs here again. This place does not seem to care about your pet as much as they do your wallet.
