We have been ordering flowers from Heaven Scent since 2005. Every year we order them for my mother on her and my father's anniversary. My father passed away in 2005 so we thought it would be great to order them so they were from him.
Everything was perfect until the new ownership last year. Heaven Scent dropped the ball and didn't deliver last year and now it's happened again. No email, no phone call, no communication. I tried calling and their phone doesn't have voicemail. I tried going to their website and it's disabled.
Not sure why they are in business. If you can't deliver on your core competency, then you should shut your doors! Not a good experience with the new ownership. Very disappointing.
We have used them twice and both times the service and quality of work was spectacular! They made all the balloon bouquets for my father in-laws 50th birthday. Wonderful !!! Then sadly, shortly after we used them for a memorial service for our beloved uncle. Flowers were beautifully made and they were so respectful. Both times they delivered on time and were very respectful of our budgets! The time and attention to detail was not only present when we met them at their shop but also in the end product!
This place is a diamond in the rough. Always goes out of their to get you what you need for the special occasion or somber moment. I've been using them for over 20 years and through all the owners the service and experience is always there.

Great customer service. I wanted to buy some flowers for a friend that was sick but I didn't know where to start or what kind of flowers I wanted. I saw Heavens Scent Florist and hoped for the best. Thank god they were there. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They made such a beautiful arrangement and it didn't break my checkbook. My friend LOVED her bouquet.
I was sent roses for my birthday! They arrived in a beautiful vase with the most beautiful bow! The roses were big and blooming everything looked amazing. I will use them again and again. The owner delivered them herself which I thought was amazing.
