I love our Trader Joe's. There is an older gentleman who is often in the wine section. He's so helpful and he's managed to hook me up with some really tasty wine for very reasonable prices. Last time I was in there, the cashier knocked my groceries off the little bagging shelf (I had brought my own bag into the store). She quickly and efficiently replaced the damaged items and they replaced my bag with a beautiful new TJ's bag. I was really impressed.

Love, love, love the quality, prices and products that Trader Joe's delivers. The staff are always pleasant and helpful too! My only complaint is we need a store in the Upper Valley! Vermont only has one store and New Hampshire has three. Not nearly enough to meet the needs of the Northeast. Please come to the Upper Valley!

Since they moved their opening hours to 9AM, I haven't visited the store. Doing my finances this year, I spent $5800 less at Trader Joe's - I commute at 8AM and all the other grocery stores are open. I'll never understand this decision. They aren't even open at 8AM on Saturdays. Add in my wife's spending, and it's $14,500+ a year. I just don't get it. Dropping rating to 2-stars as the hours seem to be a permanent change that nobody wanted.nnEdit: Trader Joe's has started opening at 8AM again! I've changed my review from 2 to 5 stars, my spending in 2019 was $0, and in the 4 weeks since they changed the hours back, I've already spend $600! Great decision by the store staff. (One problem is the senior hours, sometimes I show up and I can't shop.)
