Great place customer service was spot on

Very disappointing! We ordered funeral arrangements from out of state. My guess is that they assumed we would not be in attendance so they skimped on the arrangements. They were mostly greens with five or six blossoms at a cost of $100. When my sister-in-law called to complain she was treated with indifference.
