Heartless and cruel - we had a dog having a seizure and asked if we could come in and the receptionist asked if we were existing clients and what the problem was, and when we described what seemed like an emergency (a dog having a seizure) she just said “well we’re pretty full right now”! Not a word of help or even referral to another place. Completely heartless and unprofessional! Avoid these people.
Dr Rob Treat is top notch, 3rd generation of taking care of animals small and large.
My parents live in Manchester and, when I was visiting them from out-of-town this past weekend, unfortunately my dog Josie passed away during my visit. We called Green Mountain hoping to find a veterinary practice that could sensitively dispose of her body (rather than driving the 3 1/2 hours back to my home with her in the car). They responded that they were no longer taking new customers. Really? No longer taking new customers? We weren't asking to become repeat customers. We just wanted my beloved pet's body disposed of in a respectful fashion. This insensitive response was unconscionable. If you have a choice, find another Vet's office.
