Hillside Florist

Best in town! I live in Florida and wanted to send my Mom some flowers for Mother's day. My original order from another service was cancelled and when I tried to find another florist to deliver in the area they were all booked. So I called my mom and told her the flowers would be late. On her card I wrote sorry they are late. She called me today to thank me for her flowers and that they were beautiful. I was so confused. Y'all, the Hillside florist delivered the flowers early AND changed her card to say HAHA we got them on time. I highly recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you so much.

Beyond amazing. I called last minute because it was my first time having to order flowers for a funeral. I checked their online selection and called them, although they didn't have the one arrangement available they were able to put an arrangement very similar but much more beautiful. Thank you for being so kind, compassionate, and understanding. Truly an amazing experience.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and my order was canceled today. I received an email from Hillside Florist stating order was cancelled and if I had questions or wanted to request a different delivery date to call them. They have a voicemail that’s been full and they do not answer their phone. After about an hour of calling I finally got someone who was rude, degrading and refused to offer any other delivery options. After all that the told me I would need to contact the Flower Shop Network for a refund and they do not even have a contact number for FSN. Luckily I was able to find contact info for FSN on google and was able to speak to someone at FSN after being on hold for nearly 30 mins. They said 5-7 days for refund to show up in my account. So they took money and cancelled my order. So I am out $124 and have no Morher’s day flowers for my Mom. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will never use either Hillside Florist nor any florist associated with FSN.

Cheap Flowers Not what online picture shows (GERBERA SUNRISE FLORAL DESIGN) If similar flowers were not available Why Didn't You Contact Me Before You Took My $73.49 OR Update Your Website. WNDBA!

Of course i support local business. My in laws purchased for my dads funeral. The most beautiful white bouquet ever. Was so fitting. Ive had 2 other bouquets that are just pure art! ud83dudc9e
