Very busy. Lots of selection.
We arrived early on black Friday and there was light traffic in the store. Always a great selection of holiday items for your pets at great prices! The staff is very helpful as well.
I love this Pet Smart. This location has very educated staff when it comes to pets/fish and other supplies. The reason for my 1 star rating is I was not happy with security. Many people were coming into the store with no face covers and they were greeted upon entering the store and allowed to roam freely. Health needs to be taken seriously during these times and I will sadly not shop at this location for this reason. Proceed with caution.
The staff there was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was very crowded when I visited, but the service was excellent.
