My dog received excellent care from Dr. Miller and his staff for 4+ years. Not only did he provide excellent care but he also has a great bedside manner! After an acute event on the evening of Saturday, October 17th, the Emergency staff provided compassionate, quick care to my dog and they were very patient and empathetic with me and my family. I was so impressed with the way they handled everything. We will be forever grateful for everything they’ve did for our baby girl!

After I actually found the place, all was great. Be aware that there are many road closures in the area. They were kind and efficient. They saw my pup very promptly. They treated her with kindness. They have very good Covid protections in place.

Its a brand new location for the old Veterinary Specialty Center a 24 hour emergency center, still getting set up. The staff was kind and empathetic and I appreciated that on a very difficult morning

I would love to say I was 100% satisfied but I was not. But I will not fault the star rating because maybe there was miscommunication. I called ahead of time for my pup. I dropped him off and met with a person out front who took him away. At the time I request that he would be given pain medication right away because I knew he was in pain. He wasn’t his normal self. He was shivering and whimpered when I touched his foot. When the vet communicated with me about what was done and I asked if he had taken the pain medication okay she informed me he had not been given any. I am shocked that they removed the rest of his broken painful nail with out any pain meds. She said that they could give him some right away. I was glad they did. So maybe there was miscommunication. He is healing fine so far. His wrap is holding up nicely and there is no swelling. I am glad she prescribed an antibiotic as preventative treatment. Also, I am glad to know for the next few days he won’t have any pain. I would come back to this veterinary hospital again...I would just make my wishes more clear. My pets don’t have a voice of their own, I am their voice. My pets are my baby’s. I hate to see them in any pain or discomfort.
