Friendly, professional and wonderful arrangements!
The very first phone call I made to send flowers to the family of a colleague who is deceased, the customer service provided from this business was atrocious. They made the order to be more difficult than it had to be given the fact that someone died. I was belittled, cut off, and name called during both phone calls. They charged my credit information and did not send a receipt or call to inform me that they had no means to electronically do so nor "an address" to send it via mail. The very first phone call the representative took my name, credit info and address so I found that very strange. I shouldn't have had to call to inquire about a charge, someone should have and could have reached out to me or my company. I WILL NEVER do business with them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to do business either!
Not professional. Rather gruff on the phone. I was calling to inquire the types and colors of flowers available for a memorial the following day. In roughly 30 seconds I must have said something taboo, because the lady began raising her voice and speaking aggressively. I asked if I had said something wrong and she got defensive, further upset and finally hung up on me. Maybe there's an unspoken law never to ask a florist to list her colors. Oh well. I called a florist in Flagstaff instead. I won't name them so it doesn't look like a plug. But the lady in Flagstaff was really nice and very helpful, a stark contrast to this lady here.
