The driver backed off of my driveway onto my grass so that he could turn around and drove on top of my septic tank possibly causing thousands of $$ in damage. When I yelled at him to stop he gave me attitude and asked if I even wanted the flowers. Completely unprofessional!

I decided to send my mother flowers for Valentine's instead of doing my own arrangement as I normally do . This was very important to me to make her feel special as her husband is now in a long term care facility.nThe flower arrangement received was in no way shape or form what I ordered.nn$60 for mostly greenery? What I ordered was an arrangement full of flowers, no greenery. I was offered a redelivery but would not be delivered for another 2 days. Then they offered 30% refund... then finally 50%. I'm still not pleased as what was received looked like something I could get from the grocery store.nnFollow up: The company agreed to redeliver the flowers almost a week later, but wanted the half dead flowers back....TACKY BUSINESS. The new arrangement looked the same as the last one. Mostly greenery. again not what I ordered or paid for. If you're looking for a grocery store arrangement then this place would work, but not for the cost.

I ordered flowers for my step moms birthday tried to do it only transaction failed twice due to error still charged me. Called for a third attempt successful. BUT when order was delivered received flowers but no balloons. I PAID FOR BALLOONS. The driver advised me she would have to go back and get them and that they are always messing up orders. I called THE CHRISTIANA LOCATION where the flowers came from and spoke to MANAGER EVE, Again MANAGER EVE who was not empathetic and was stern on giving me nothing for my future inconvenience not even one extra ballon and kept telling me do what you want I can’t cancel or not. “SHE KEPT SAYING I DONT UNDERSTAND YOU AND JUST SAY WHAT YOU WANT” EVE WAS RUDE AND IF I COULD CALL CORPORATE id get her fired. WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS???????? Never again

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and they were delivered to her within 3 hours! Quick service, and despite all of the ignorant reviews I read,I still decided to pick them. They were fast and the arrangement is gorgeous! Thank you!
