Brought in our newly adopted cat after he exhibited signs of several issues including chronic diarrhea, and excessive grooming and itching to the point of bleeding/scabs/fur loss. The vet was overall pretty dismissive of my questions and concerns and didn't seem to take them seriously despite there being something clearly wrong with him. The exam felt very rushed as well. I was already pretty certain that the issue was due to his food (all of his symptoms seem to align with a food allergy) and asked the vet several times if she could recommend some higher quality foods to either make ourselves or feed him. She claimed that she didn't have knowledge on current pet foods and could not make a recommendation. I could be wrong but I feel like that is a pretty basic request for a vet; what kind of veterinarian doesn't know anything about proper pet diet?nnNow, 2 or so weeks later, my cat's symptoms have worsened and now his whiskers have begun to fall out. I have tried to reach out countless times for further advice on how to care for him and have been ignored. Yesterday I had to call a total of 10 times just to speak to someone on the phone, was promised they would return my call, and never did. I am extremely disappointed and concerned for my pet's health. I will not be bringing him here again and will be immediately finding a different veterinarian. Further, I paid nearly $300 for the initial appointment which now seems like a complete waste.nnThe only positive thing that I would include was that the vet assistants were very kind, efficient, and actually listened to my concerns.

This place is amazing. Not only were they friendly and compassionate, they abundantly exceeded my expectation. The price was reasonable and the staff outstanding!!! The entire experience was pleasant and I look forward to continuing with their service.

They were very kind, but professional. They were compassionate in our time of loss. When we entered and exited they had our travel appointed so that we had no contact with others. COVID aware -we felt safe.

Helpful and concerned. The doctor not only called me later that evening to check on my cat, but the next morning and the following monday. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Saved us in our emergent time. Thanks to the entire staff.
