The funeral home staff were not at the church the day of the service. No guest book was ever provided. The church had to put out notebook paper. None of the flowers delivered to the funeral home were ever brought to the church. They also did not keep records of the flowers senders. We have called, emailed and sent text messages asking for them to send us thank you cards. It has been 6 weeks and still no response. We would definitely not ever use them again.
The care and service we recieved from Arcaro funeral home, truly helped our family through a very difficult time.
There are no words to express the professional care they extended to our family in our loss. They handle every detail and our family with kindness and grace.
