Edible Arrangements

Went to get a fruit smoothie. It took well over 10+ minutes? I mean its smoothie, come on. It was nasty, and bitter. Yes its fresh fruit which is good, but no taste, literally wheres the flavor? I’ll continue to get fruit baskets but not their smoothies.

LOVED IT!! The delivery was so quick and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the cheesecake!

Terrible. Not only did they leave an arrangement on my doorstep for hours, which lead to gnats and bugs to be all in my arrangement but the service is TRASH. It is in their policy to just leave the arrangement but the policy makes no sense....its literally fruit but okay.nnI overlooked that & STILL placed an order with you guys and was let down AGAIN. I placed an order today & I got an attitude with the ladies that worked there all because THEY were about to send the arrangement to the wrong location. Whats the point of asking where the arrangement is supposed to be delivered to if they are going to drop it off wherever they want. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Inconsiderate, terrible customer service and policies that do not correspond with the actual business. Absolutely horrible customer service. My mother tried to have an arrangement delivered to my house to celebrate the birth of my child. The arrangement was left on my doorstep on a 90 degree day for at least 3 hours without calling my phone, ringing my doorbell, or knocking on my door. I was home the whole day and phone was in complete working order. The next day when my mother attempted to call the location the employee was short, hung up on her and made it extremely difficult to have the issue resolved. They did not offer a refund until corporate was involved. I will never use this service again and plan on telling everyone I know to use a different service because they clearly do not care about the customer. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a thoughtful gift and surprise.

The owner tried to make me order my complimentary box online (which requires a $29 minimum purchase if ordered online) after I had spent almost $400 at Edible Arrangements on Mother's Day gifts. Made it seem like an inconvenience. Avoid at all costs. Will not be doing business with this location again.
