Great, very helpful staff. Answer questions and squeezed me in the same day for our dogs infected cheek!! Also, very compassionate when we had to put down and say goodbye to our other dog last November!! 4 and a half stars!! Thx Deb!! She Rox!! I don't give 5 stars to anyone...
Dr. Prince and his staff have done as well as possible under the disheartening covid conditions. Rusty our wonderful rescue was terrified, because of the abuse he suffered before others rescued him and we found him and gave him his permanent home. The look he gave me is one I will never forget as the Companion staff took him in. I’m sure he thought he was being abandoned again. He got through his physical and shots and almost dragged the nice lady to the car when he saw me. Dr Prince and the staff are the best we’ve encountered. Friendly, courteous, and they all care about our animals. We have to find a way to be with our critters who are scared to death.
I brought my 5 year old male chocolate lab in for his annual visit. He is typically nervous and edgy on vet visits. This was an excellent experience. I was nervous with the Covid policy but it was actually the best visit we've ever had! Great job! Highly recommend this vet! You call when you arrive, answer some questions about your pets health, then they let you know when to meet them at the door. The vet and tech brought my pup all the way out to my car and talked to me about this visit. Then the front desk called and took my payment. It was awesome honestly.
High recommend! Quick service, reasonable prices, and the best care for my fur babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
They took my old girl in and examined her and cut her nails. I have never been able to cut her nails because she screams so. They said there were no complaints out of Totsi. I love them.
