The staff was friendly and amazing with my dog! After a local groomer messed up my dogs nails trim and pushed the earwax and debris down in his ears instead of cleaning them out (which I wasn’t aware of until VetIQ brought it to my attention), VetIQ was there to fix both problems quickly! They are thorough, efficient, and genuinely care about the animals they treat.
We took our 11 week-old puppy to Dr.Campbell for issues with the puppy strangles disease, and she's doing great now. Everything went smoothly, I called when outside in the parking lot, the staff came out, took my dog inside (Corona Virus safety steps in place). My dog was examined and received shots that I wanted her to get. Dr. Campbell called me the next day to follow up and check on our puppy. They truly care about their patients. I'd highly recommend Dr. Campbell and the entire staff here to anyone.
1st time using this service. Got an appointment next day. Was quoted a price which they honored. My wife took puppy for check up, vet called me to let me know what he did and a follow up.
I've never had a vet call a couple days later just to check in just because they were still concerned about the condition of the pet days after treatment. Dr Campbell is AMAZING !!! Thank you
The ladies were very nice and gentle with our dogs the vet was very nice and he gave detailed information about our dogs it was very appreciated
