BEST 24-HOUR PET ER! These folks -- Dr. Ryan Epple and vet tech Amanda -- were absolutely terrific! They were totally professional, thorough, and genuinely concerned about my dog. They answered all our questions, offered options, explained everything clearly, and recommended the next steps (and even helped to facilitate them!). If we need an emergency vet again, we would not hesitate to again drive an hour to Delmarva Animal Emergency Center. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

I took my 13 year old dog in for an emergency after she saw her regular vet earlier in the day. Dr. Riley quickly caught a diagnosis missed by her regular veterinarian. He was quick, concise, tailored her bloodwork to exactly what was needed, and was very efficient. He communicated the cost and expected likely outcome of each step. I thank him for going above and beyond for my dog, he was truly her last chance.

After calling many many many places for an emergencynWe called here. Pam was the nicest, most honest, down to earth person I spoke with. Concerned for the pet. Helpful with the cost and very real about the possiblenOutcomes. So thankful for them!!!

Staff very caring as we had to put our sweet Harley to rest. Her ashes put in a decorative box along with her name, paw print and red heart on a plaster plaque.

Horrific.... My Son took his dog here, with a fracture. The Vet charged them $150 to see the pup and when he could not pay for the xrays ($600) the Vet sent them home. No Treatment given to the pups pain. This is not acceptable. The pup was in pain, and nothing was given as an option or advice. My Son had Pet Insurance but was unable to pay upfront. We have since used Care Credit and got the pup in elsewhere. This place is horrific.
