We love ud83dudc98 A. LITTLE VET CLINIC! STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM WITH OUR FUR BABIES FOR 17 YEARS, NEVER ONCE HAVE WE NOT HAD A WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.THEY TRUELY CARE ABOUT E EVERY PET AS IF THEIR OWN!

Horrible horrible customer service !! All they cared about was the money(Which I was willing to pay upfront for a diagnosis) not the time to help a sick dog. Debbie was very very rude and was like welp maybe the dog can be seen someplace else if you don’t have the money. Vets really need to think about how they talk and treat someone especially someone who’s on disability. Sad world we live in when money is more than life. Shame on you

I’ve been taking all my pets here for all their needs. Now, during Covid I am not able to work or find work in turn, I qualify for the Delaware Assistance for spay and neutering. They accepted this a couple months ago for my kitten and now took their business off the list. Meaning, they were losing money out of their pockets to help needy families affected by the pandemic. These are the times when we are supposed to help each other out. They are doing the opposite and making people pay more to go to their business which looks to be booming during the pandemic. Thanks for the “help. “ As if pet care bills aren’t expensive enough.

I need to start out by saying that Dr. little was very good with my sisters Chihuahua when it got attacked by my dog. She took her right in examined him and then told her to go to Annapolis. The problem I have at this clinic is with the office manager. She’s unprofessional and very rude. Let me explain… after my sisters visit I called and I asked if I could please pay for her bill and could they reimburse my sisters credit card. I was told that only one person in the whole office could do something like that was the office manager that she was out of the office on a family emergency and wouldn’t be back until the following week so I waited and called back. When I called back and asked to speak with the office manager she was very rude she told me that the only way I could do that was if my sister called in...I replied OK I will have her call. I then told her that I was going to put it on my CareCredit and that’s when everything changed. It was almost like she didn’t want to use my CareCredit. She Told me that she could not take my CareCredit over the phone that I had to come in person with an ID. My problem was was at their office hours were basically the same as my office hours that I work and I work all the way in Salisbury and there was no way that I could get there by 6 o’clock on the days that she was there and they’re not open on Saturdays. She told me that was not her problem and if I was so worried about my sister’s bill why didn’t I just pay her cash. I was shocked at her comment. And she actually told me to just leave work early or right at 5 o’clock then you may get here before six! I have been in customer service and office management for many years and I would’ve never in a million years treated anybody like that. Sometimes I feel the doctors do not understand how their front office staff actually treats their paying customers. I have never used Dr. little personally but after this... my sister nor I will never ever use this Vet office again.
