I recently switched from another vet practice to Clarendon Animal Care and they have been amazing. Even though I wasn't a client, they got my sick cat in the day I called (my other vet, who had been treating the cat and was aware the cat was sick, couldn't get the cat in for 4 days even though he had stopped eating). I switched all of my cats over to Clarendon and everyone there has been very responsive and caring. They do follow-up phone calls after visits and they called me daily to check on my sick cat. This practice devotes attention to each client so they don't just feel like a number, but rather a part of the family. And the veterinarians and vet techs, who have seen my cats (I have 5), have been very knowledgeable, professional and caring. The front office staff are wonderful, too.
We always feel at ease when we bring our dog to Clarendon Animal Care. Doctor Gloor is the best. She’s responsive over emails and truly cares about our pet. After each assessment she sends us a detailed report which covers basically all the answers to the questions we always have. She even went above and beyond and sent us a video to show how to apply an ointment to our puppy (because we asked how to do it). Just amazing. We know our puppy is in caring hands when we bring her here.
Love the staff and doctors here! I've been to a few different vets in the area over the last 10 years, but staff and docs ar Clarendon Animal Care are kind, professional, organized, and fun. My VERY anxious pup actually pulls to go in every time we walk by, and relaxes on the rugs in the exam rooms. He also had to have some tooth extractions, and they were very reasonable on what had to be done and what could wait or be elective, so we didn't have to break the bank. I've been so impressed with them!!
The staff & Vets at Clarendon Animal Care were phenomenal! My boyfriend and I are brand new puppy owners and it can be very overwhelming. They were all so prompt, polite, professional & patient with our questions and concerns and we left feeling like our puppy was well taken care of and will continue to be well taken care of. They gave us specific health concerns to look out for for French Bulldogs on top of the usual care for a puppy. We highly recommend taking your fur baby here!
Phenomenal Vet. We moved around a lot prior to settling in the area and have experienced many vets of varying quality. Our last dog received treatment with CAC for the last few years of his life and when we got another puppy in the Spring of 2020, we knew we'd be coming back here. The staff is professional, friendly, and super responsive. We had some GI and parasite issues with our puppy and they diligently helped to get her cleared up. Highly recommend.
