Love the care that both of my cats, Lily and Milo, have received at several different Caring Hands locations. Clarendon has been amazing during Covid even though you have to stay outside during the appointment.
Dr. Thornton is AMAZING!! I cannot say enough great things about how much she has helped my dog. He was a rescue and needed A LOT of care to get him healthy when I first got him. She was there every step of the way. Through her expert medical attention and kind care, he is now a healthy and strong little boy!!! She genuinely cares about the animals she sees. I am incredibly grateful to her for everything she has done for him. The staff at Caring Hands Animal Hospital are also so nice and helpful, and really care about the pets they see as well. We are always greeted with a smile and positive environment. You cannot go wrong with taking your pet here. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!
I've been a dog owner most of my life and Caring Hands Animal Hospital has been the best vet clinic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Specifically Dr. Thornton, she's been my pup's vet since his first visit and I can't say enough good things. Broken bones, advice, medication recommendations, she's been on top of it the entire time. I've since moved out of Arlington, but I plan on continuing to make the trip back for my dog's vet appointments.
Caring Hands is the perfect name for them. Even in the midst of social distancing the staff gave us terrific care. Their procedure is easy to follow and safe and the staff is so friendly and pet loving. They answered all our questions with patience (we are new dog owners of a rescue dog with many questions) and it is clear they are very knowledgeable and want what is best for our dog. The price was lower than we expected and all the pre-appointment communication made for a positive experience from the time we made the appointment to the time we drove away from the office. Take your pet here, you'll be so happy you did.
