My best pal, Mick Jagger goes there. I couldn't be happier. The level of care and the in depth exams are a plus. Their health plans are awesome. Their professionalism goes above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them more. They are just awesome

Love that they really keep you informed. The vet spoke w/me after seeing my dogs and was more thorough than any vet I'd seen before in the DMV (City Paws & Takoma vet clinic, to be exact.)nDr. McFarland and Ulysses, plus a young woman whose name I regretfully did not catch helped me and my dog that day. They were wonderful.

Had a great experience taking my new pup here today. I was a little worried about the COVID procedures (they come get your animal while you wait outside) but it was a great experience, between the front desk staff, the nurse and doctor, I was communicated with every step of the way. Excited about the wellness plan and bringing my little one back for her booster vaccines and future visits.

I was recommend to come to this hospital and today was the first time I took my dog (KAI) for a check-up and was highly satisfied with how everything went on. Everyone was so nice, the vet assistant Nelson was very nice and funny guy. Doctor McFarland was very nice in explaining to me the results of my dog over the phone. I was very pleased today. The prices for the wellness plan were affordable. I would come back again.nnI accidentally submitted the survey without acknowledging Doctor McFarland on the survey so I wanted to make sure she gets credit through here.

An absolutely terrible business model that pretends to be your neighborhood vet, but doesn't really help if your animal get sick.nnBanfield charges subscription rates for the high profit services, but if your animal actually gets sick (emergency or non-emergency), you're redirected to a real animal hospital. Not only does this cost more than going to an actual vet would, the ER becomes clogged with non-emergency cases.nnThey are a blight on the neighborhood and the profession
