We've brought our lovely cat to Atlas for two and a bit years, so 3-4 visits in total. I have always appreciated the warmth and kindness of the staff. Our most recent visit was a highlight though. The vet and all of the staff were able to deliver a comprehensive and friendly annual exam, and discuss possible vaccinations and oral care via phone, per the new Covid-19 restrictions and set up. I enjoyed watching H St life go by while I sat in an Adirondack chair outside the main entrance, speaking with the vet about my cat's health. I still felt connected and listened to, and that I received medically sound, up-to-date advice about how to care for my cat. Thanks to everyone at Atlas Vet for all you do.

We had heard great things about this office but they have repeatedly fallen flat recently. We took our dogs to recent routine vaccinations about 3 months ago, and one dog had a growth on his paw that we asked them to look at 3 times. They forgot. It got worse, they wouldn’t make an appointment without us sending a picture, over 24 hours later they never responded. They, in fact, never responded at all so we ended up calling a different vet who said we should go to urgent care. Most recently, we prepaid for our other dogs vaccination and when we went in today to receive it, we had to pay again despite having a receipt saying we already paid. If you actually care about your pets health, don’t go here.

I cannot possibly recommend Atlas more highly. They are incredibly helpful, professional and responsive. We've been taking our dog since we brought him home and are so happy with the vets, vet techs and front staff.

This is based solely on the kindness of the staff. I was biking down H Street and slid into the metal rail, throwing me from my bike. A uniformed woman from Atlas Vet ran out to help me, and provided me with gauze, rubbing alcohol, and bandaids. Her kindness and generosity to aid a hurt stranger was so heartwarming and helpful that day. I don’t have a pet, but if I did, I would bring them here knowing what kind of genuine care they’d be receiving. Thank you Atlas Vet!

Staff is helpful and really good with my (challenging) dog. Vets always take time to answer my questions. They have developed a very smooth system for socially distant visits.
