I have a five-month-old Dalmatian that I’ve been bringing here since he was eight weeks. So imagine my horror when I find out that the vet has told me on multiple occasions my dog is fully vaccinated and it is OK for him to go to the park only to find out my dog only has two vaccines and he’s like six more. This fat does not call you back they do not go out of their way to help you. When I reached out to them to get x-rays and they wouldn’t cost me so much an emergency vet if I ended up having to go to one they told me let it pass and see what happens. I have another appointment scheduled here simply because I wasn’t able to make it into another vet but I highly recommend you find a better vet with better quality care better communication then this one. I’ve already spent probably around $1000 at this vet so when I calling asking for emergency x-rays and I’m willing to pay the price or I’m trying to make sure all of his vaccines are covered and I’m not getting a callback for a week it’s lamentable it’s unacceptable it’s foul business practice

Amazing experience, we have our young pup and kitten taken care of here. We came in with an emergency at 5, on Sunday, at closing time, and they were so kind and caring. Vet is great at calming worried pet parents!!!!

Dr. T is the best. Whenever there is an emergency, we give him a call and he'll help in any way he can. Prices are reasonable. The only Vet we call when our dog is sick.

We could not be happier with the service at this Vet's office. All of the staff are very kind and seem to really care about the wellbeing of your animals. Doctor Teferi is such a compassionate and patient person and really takes the time to explain things and offer support. There's also just a really trustworthy quality about him that is very comforting.
