I just hung up from this funeral home to inquire about being able to view services after the live. Before I could get literally two words out, this woman began telling me I wouldn’t be able to go online until ten minutes before the service starts. After listening to her spiel, I then asked if service was available for replay after live service. To that she said she didn’t know. Why didn’t she know? She’s answering the phones? She said she’d have to find out that info, so I said I’d call back in 15 minutes. To that she said, “ No you won’t, you’ll call back in an hour when the rest of the staff comes in and can answer that.” I was calling because another relative was trying to rearrange his work schedule and wouldn’t be able to watch the live feed.nnWhy does Stewart have someone who can’t answer basic questions, answering the phones? An even better question is, why does Stewart have such a rude person manning the phones,nespecially in times of grief and sorrow? The female I spoke to answered the phone at 9:04am on Friday, September 25, 2020.

Imagine the day before you are to say your last good by to your mother you do not recognize her. I asked to see the undertaker and a very young woman came in and I said that is not my mother, where is my mother. She said it was and proceeded to shoe me the toe tag. My mother had a beautiful pecan tan skin tone. That person in the casket was very dark. The nose was pinched very small and nothing that said she was my mother remained. The next day not one family member knew that was my mother, not one. That is what Stewart did to us. And to make it worse they were rude, unconcerned,like we had nothing to complain about. We made the mistakeloop of paying years in advance in full. Big mistake!! They called me and said The casket was too small for my mother though she was larger when we picked it than when she died. So many other funeral homes save your money and sanity.

I had my mom's service on 5 26 2020 they did a wonderful job my mom was beautiful they were every and friendly professional.

They charge $50 to mail the Death certificate locally. Stamps are .55c. yetnthey mail it out of state for free. Does that make any sense whatsoevernThey should be ashamed of themselves. I do not recommend this place at all. The service is awful. They nickel and dime people at there most vulnerable time. They need to train there staff on how to have empathy and sympathy. Shame on Stewart. Never ever again.
