I had use them to Bury my mother I had no problem with no body and Ms Raina was there from the beginning to the end when taking my mother to cemetery. This happened 3 year ago from now
At first I said lets give this place a try. We did and the experience was horrible. We dealt with Ms.Reina and she was nice at first then things started changing. Ms.Reina told us that the viewing was only going to be from 6-8 pm. So all the family was gathered, and at 8:10 Ms. Reina started turning on and off the lights. Yes I know it was passed 10 min, but why don't you come up to me and tell me? Not just switch on and off the lights?that was very rude. Oh btw, my dad was cremated, and he passed away sept 8th and its October 9th and I still don't have my dads ashes or his death certificate. Do you think it makes sense for us to wait almost a month for this process??? I think not. WE WILL NEVER BE USING SANTA CRUZ SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nVERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!nPLEASE LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!
