Mr. Hackett assisted me from the beginning to the end of the process. I decided on his funeral home based on key factors; including but not limited to the way he answered the phone on the initial call, the professionalism of his language when explaining services offered, and how to get the most for my money. Mr. Hackett also explained the legalities in burials versus cremations, which was important, because I had never arranged a funeral before, and I was doing this from out-of-state and traveling back and forth to DC. He also went above and beyond expectations in trying to get my loved one's body released to me since I was not the immediate legal next of kin in the hierarchy of family relations. I sensed he really cared about my situation, and will always appreciate this.nnI would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves with the unfortunate need to bury a loved one.

He was very straightforward but sympathetic at the same time. He kept the line of communication open and was always available when I had any questions.
