My mother's neighbor referred Robinson's Funeral Home to us after my brother's passing back on June 2019, for the record we have no complaints excellent customer service and highly professional, we'er very pleased with the service that was provided. I would love to thank the Funeral Director, Precious Robinson, for assisting us on the entire planing of our brother's funeral. Also for going above and beyond our expectations.

I know the family and love how they conduct their business taking care of someone’s loved one

I have used them in the past and they were great. But this most recent time with the passing of my grandmother, they were so difficult and not Mr. Robinson but one of the ladies were rude and not willing to work with us or answer our questions. And also. Its has taken them 3 weeks so far to produce death certificates which means we cannot pay for the funeral, cannot obtain life insurance, pay out for various things, or move forward at all. I'm very disappointed especially since they have been so good in the past but now they seem to have forgotten that they offer funeral services for people in grief not free ice cream on Tuesday...
