Surroundings is such a quaint shop, and though they are small, they do amazing work. I stopped in the other day to get an arrangement and left with two gorgeous bouquets. Carlos arranged them by hand and trimmed the foliage so they were perfect to put in a vase just as they were. His customer service was outstanding- he even explained how to dry the hydrangeas so I can keep them long term. Highly recommend supporting this business!

I called from Florida and asked if Surroundings Florist would take a one white rose order for RBG and lay it down in my name in front of fence of Supreme Court. Talked to the owner, who recommended to call his employee Carlos. I left a message for Carlos ( employee) on answering machine. Nothing. Texted again owner. Absolutely nothing. This experience was more than disappointing. This was very important to me, to show my respect to RBG. It was NOT important to Surroundings Florist. That’s for sure.nCornelia GyuranGerman Immigrant
I called and spoke with Carlos. He was very sweet and friendly. With my first time ordering flowers, for a funeral; he was very patient, explained my options, and offered suggestions. On the business end, when he said my transaction was processed, I instantly received a confirmation email of the transaction. I definitely would use their services again.
I live in a different state from my BFF. I wanted to get her favorite flowers (tulips) for Mother’s Day. I called Surroundings l, spoke to Cynthia & she was very nice and professional, as well as the gentleman in the background. My gfriend picked up her flowers today & she loved it.
