Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day a week in advance. They were not delivered and I was not told about it until I called the next day. I was assured they would be delivered on Tuesday but again the were cancelled and I was not notified till I called Wednesday evening. I was told they couldn’t find any flowers. Their performance is the wurst. Their customer service is disgraceful.

Horrible experience!!!! I ordered flowers online from this company. The bouquet was ordered for a Birthday gift.nThey were ordered 3 days prior to expected delivery.nHOWEVER, THE FLOWERS ARRIVED ONE DAY LATE.!!!nTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS THAT SPECIALIZES IN CELEBRATING OCCASIONS!!!!nI HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER FLORIST!!!nTo make bad matters worse, Blooms Today only offered poor excuses.nThey didn't even offer a coupon or credit for a future order.nNeed I say more??nnOkay then, the bouquet was boring and unattractive.nNow, you have it.
