We bought a giant fiddle leaf, and they delivered it the next day! Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. The person we spoke to in the shop knew practically everything and had all the answers to our questions.nIncredible inventory. Also extremely convenient they deliver anything over $80. Really great local spot for cute plants.

Had a lovely experience in this store! Staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Came in open-minded but with certain conditions for a plant, and I was walked through various ones that fit. All the plants looked so healthy and happy and I’m glad I brought one home. Support this store!

This place is amazing! I live in Florida but wanted to send an aloe plant to a friend in DC for her birthday. Not only was the staff beyond helpful but the prices were great and the plant that was delivered was super healthy! Will definitely use this shop again. If you are looking for a plant/floral shop in DC with great products and customer service look no further!

I had such a wonderful experience at Rewild! My boyfriend and I are admitted plant killers - our apartment has little sunlight and we overwater. We told a staff member this, and she was SO understanding and helpful! She pointed out the plants that would suit the lighting conditions in our apartment, and walked us through watering for each plant. We also bought a beautiful macrame hanging planter that the owner's mother apparently makes herself. We were blown away at how beautiful it was and had to buy! After purchasing, we were given a care card for each of our plants so we knew how to care for them. We were so happy with our experience, and will be shopping here regularly for all our plant needs!

Cute shop with a wide selection of indoor plants (better selection than most of the other plant shops in DC). Plants were all in great condition. Really amazing customer service! Every employee I encountered offered assistance & seemed genuinely interested in helping out, and were very knowledgeable. What impressed me the most is when I made my plant purchase, the girl at the register walked me through the plant care & even provided a notecard with recommended care instructions - really nice touch! I’ve visited lots of plant shops & nurseries in the DMV and this by far had the best customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
