I would love to order flowers from this store but the website is impossible to use. I work out of town and must do my shopping online. I'm giving up and ordering from another shop.
I could rate better if there were a choice of a 10 ud83dude03 The welcoming smile and comfort of the shop, greet you first. Just a wonderful welcome. As for her flowers, they are always one of a kind with special touches of unique creativity. Just look around and you will not leave with flowers only because there are so many great choices in the decor department. I often stop by just for the atmosphere and never leave disappointed!!
Wouldn’t give any stars if I had the choice. Paid $60 for flowers that looked like they came straight from Walmart. When told owner about how unhappy I was, I was told she couldn’t help that people before me got better flowers. Mind you, my $60 flowers were brown and wilted upon arrival to my home. I do not recommend this flower shop. Will not be returning.
The best customer service ever. Lisa truly cares about the people who walk through the doors of Carren's. She is so talented and will make sure you get exactly what you want. Everyone there is so nice!
